Stuff Happens! Maybe a power surge, lightning strike, or somebody accidentally connected 220 Volts to the electrical system. When these things happen, the converter always takes the hardest hit and rarely survives. We have replacement main board assemblies for the popular 8935, 8945 and 8955 WFCO Power Centers. There is usually no reason to replace the entire unit.
Note: Many of the older 8800 and 8900 series converter boards had the fan on the opposite side of the current production replacement board. These are the correct replacement boards and cooling is not affected. |
